What are the best things to eat and / or drink after acupuncture, cupping and massage?
I went and saw my acupuncturist and a lot problems with stress and withdrawals of painkillers that was in my second-degree burns. So I had acupuncture and cupping done. When they do, cavity pierced my skin with a long needle on the meridian to allow the blood and sweat before placing 4 cups on the back for 10 minutes. Later today, I will return for a massage. Right now I feel a little light headed and exhausted, I know that being treated fairly intense. What should I eat and drink to help with this? How much water I drink? Are there specific fruit juice to help?
Water, and many of them. As much as you can. Just keep drinking All Day and you will be safe to eat enough. Green Tea is also ideal for detoxification. Cranberry juice is excellent for cleaning the lymphatic system. Now is the time urinate fresh blueberries. Blueberries are in season. Take a bag of fresh cranberries or frozen place in a pot on the stove, cover with water (1 cup water per three ounces of blueberries), and cook until they 'pop'. Strain the juice.
