How is it that I can change processor speed every time you visit?
Naturally, my 2.71Ghz processor speed, now that I think that i change the processor speed at times when I go to system information or simply go on my computer and check the properties 1.49GHz speed, or sometimes is 700 MHz so that anyone can say what is wrong with my unit? Additional information of this "evolution" usually occur when I am opening an application as Internet Explorer. Anyway, my processor is AMD Sempron ™ 140. I have 2 GB of RAM and 512 video card.
