GST Therapist Question – billing, collection of VAT and delivery to the CRA.?

I am a massage therapist and work in a clinic hours bill my services there. I do not know if I do things, but the situation is. I treat many clients and most are MVA (Motor Vehicle Crash Motor) clients. Insurance bills for the clinical MVA and not charge GST on your treatment plan such as massage and chiropractic treatment. I have people who do not MVA wants and only massage therapy (private). The clinic includes GST fees and private clients. I keep track of private clients include the GST to be charged for each on my bill and the clinic. Should I return the CRA GST pick individual customers only? O my schedule on my total bill is subject to GST of 5% by the CRA?
