Vaginal bleeding and abdominal massage?
I have fibromyalgia and trigger points in my abdominals and obliques and psoas straight. I have a theracane (which is a Massage Tool fiberglass rod shaped) and use it to boost the bottom of my trigger points. I abominal my muscles up and down, left and right to free points (it was three days ago.) About an hour later, my pantyliner had blood on it. Now I have only this blood browninsh every time I go to the bathroom to me clean. It seems more after exercise and the experience myself. I have no other symptoms like fever or pain or anything – just abnormal bleeding and I'm not pregnant and this is not my half of the cycle or period of time. I'm not a STD (I am a virgin). I'm going to my doc this week (so please do not worry about it.) I wonder if anyone knows or has an idea of what I have done. Thank you.
Could be the result of the muscles to relax and play liquids which have been informed of storage. I do not care too much if you think they are just spots. Definitely ask your doctor about this – he / she obviously knows more than us. Beware!
